DW Music Foundation Partnership Brings Game Changing Equipment to Students

The Turner Foundation’s Director of Music Programs, David Rojas, has grown the Music and Imagination program (TFMI) from a small studio into a robust and exciting program for our students. Rojas has developed many relationships with amazing partners including the Santa Barbara Bowl Foundation, SONOS, and most recently DW Music Foundation (DWMF). This partnership with DWMF included close to $8,000 of superior quality drums. Rojas said that these improvements have been a game changer for the students; “having reliable drums and all the pieces allows the students to be fully active learners. Our students are inspired and feel valued because they are using quality equipment.” We can’t thank DWMF enough for their contribution to the TFMI Program and facilitating meaningful experiences for our students!
